News FCT announces discharge of 12 coronavirus patients

The Federal Capital Territory Administration has announced that 12 coronavirus patients have been discharged after showing full recovery from the virus.

The announcement was made by the FCTA in a tweet via its Twitter account on Tuesday.

The tweet read “Twelve (12) New Coronavirus patients discharged in the FCT.

“Twelve COVID19 patients have been discharged from the Isolation & Treatment Centre in the FCT after their subsequent tests returned Negative.

“The total number of discharged patients in the FCT is now 65 as at May 12, 2020.

“Residents are advised to stay safe and adhere to social distancing rules.”

Meanwhile, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control on Tuesday announced 146 new cases of coronavirus disease in the country.
